I ordered a specific bouquet for my wife and the flowers were unavailable. The website didn’t say the flowers were unavailable at time of order. This is my usual flower spot. I love this place. They called me promptly to try and resolve the issue. I just felt like the replacement bouquet they offered me and delivered to my wife didn’t meet the amount of money I spent, nor the description I was given, for the original bouquet ordered. This shop continues to meet and/or surpass my expectations, however, in this instance I feel as if they let me down. The arrangement was still beautiful none the less and my wife was happy as is usually the case.
